CDM Dental would like to recognize the honest hardworking laboratories that are our wonderful customers in our next CDM Dental newsletter.

What is a Lab Spotlight?

Each quarter CDM Dental will be issuing a newsletter to over 1500 laboratories across the country. Each newsletter will contain a “Laboratory Spotlight” section with photos and information about a laboratory and/or technician that stands out and deserves recognition.

How do I get my laboratory recognized?

Do you have a case or experience with VisiClear, DurAcetal and DuraFlex, Marketing program, the DurAcetal® Tradeshow Kit, or CDM Dental that you would like to share? Do you have a technician excelling with VisiClear, DurAcetal and DuraFlex that deserves recognition? Send us your CDM Dental experiences or stories and you may be the next laboratory in print!

Why should I submit my laboratory?

Each laboratory will receive the recognition of your peers in the quarterly newsletter as well as a complementary framed newsletter to display in your laboratory.

Ways to submit your lab:

1. Completely fill out the CDM Dental Lab Spotlight Form PDF
2. Submit 5-10 high resolution photos including the case, technician, and/or your laboratory.
3. E-mail, fax or mail it in!
